This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an agreement between the User (hereinafter referred to as "You") and BOMRP Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BOMRP") regarding the User's use of BOMRP related services. To use BOMRP's services, you should read and comply with this agreement. Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as separate agreements for opening or using a certain service. Limitations and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold font for your attention

Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the services provided by BOMRP. Your use of BOMRP's services is deemed as your reading and agreement to the above agreement

If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors

Definition ·Services: The services under this agreement refer to the products and services provided by BOMRP to you, including but not limited to instant messaging, collaborative office, online learning, online media, interactive entertainment, online enterprise business processing, and advertising

·BOMRP account: refers to the account that you need to register when using BOMRP services

·Account proof: Once you forget your account password, it can help you obtain relevant supporting materials again

·User content: User content includes any information that you upload to, store in, or transmit through the service, such as data, documents, photos, videos, music, emails, and instant messages (referred to as "content" in Article 3)

Article 1 Account Usage Standards To access the corresponding services of BOMRP, you need an account, which is the BOMRP account. BOMRP account is the credential you use to verify your identity on the network. In order to create a BOMRP account, you must provide a username and password, certain personal information, and "account proof" such as an alternative email address or phone number

As a registered user of related services, you can obtain an account through email/phone number. Do not disclose your account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in or through your account. You agree to immediately notify BOMRP of any violation of security principles in your account. BOMRP shall not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

The ownership of the Bu Mu Pu account belongs to Bu Mu Pu. After completing the registration application procedures, you will only be granted the right to use the Bu Mu Pu account, which belongs only to the initial applicant for registration. At the same time, the initial applicant for registration shall not gift, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the BOMRP account, or otherwise license non initial applicants to use the BOMRP account. Non initial applicants are not allowed to use the BOMRP account through gift, inheritance, lease, transfer, or any other means

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your registered account information and account password, and you are legally responsible for any actions taken under your registered account and password. You agree not to disclose account and password information to others under any circumstances. When you suspect others are using your account, you should immediately notify BOMRP

BOMRP reminds you to keep your account and password safe. After using it, you should safely exit. Due to your poor storage, you may suffer from account theft or password theft, and the responsibility will be borne by yourself. If you forget your password or are unable to access your BOMRP account for other reasons, you can access it by visiting the webpage: Forgot your password, reset it to restore your BOMRP account. BOMRP does not guarantee that your BOMRP account will be restored or that your user content will be protected

According to the relevant regulations of the national internet information management, you understand and agree that even if you have an account, it does not mean that you can use all products and/or services on the BOMRP Cloud platform; To ensure your registration and transaction security, BOMRP will require you to submit relevant information to complete the real name authentication of the account. Only after completing the real name authentication of the account and paying the corresponding service fees (if any) for the relevant products and services in accordance with the relevant agreements and contracts or platform rules between you and BOMRP or its affiliated companies, can you use the corresponding products and services. In order to complete the real name authentication of your account, you agree to authorize BOMRP and its affiliated companies to query and review the information you submit through a third party

BOMRP may periodically confirm the user's identity, and this confirmation will not be notified separately. During the confirmation period, if your account fails to pass the confirmation, BOMRP reserves the right to cancel or freeze your account

Article 2 User Information Protection During the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your true identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you may not be able to use this service or may be restricted during use. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit

In general, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security and identity recognition reasons (such as number appeal services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration

BOMRP will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure

BOMRP will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any unrelated third party unless:

·Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties

·Sharing with affiliated companies: In order for us to provide you with products and services based on the Bu Mu Pu website, recommend information that you may be interested in, identify account abnormalities, and protect the personal and property safety of Bu Mu Pu affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement, your user personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies

·Sharing with authorized partners: If certain services you use through Bu Mu Pu are provided by Bu Mu Pu's suppliers, partners, or third-party authorized partners entering the Bu Mu Pu market, Bu Mu Pu will share with them the personal information necessary to provide you with the corresponding products and services; In addition, in order to jointly carry out marketing activities with the authorized third-party partners mentioned above, BOMRP may share with them the necessary personal information for carrying out the activities and any personal information related to you generated during the activities

·Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations

BOMRP attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain written consent from your parents or legal guardians before using BOMRP's services

BOMRP has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any materials submitted by you or obtainable from the relevant services, investigate any reported or apparent violation of this Agreement, and take any action deemed appropriate by BOMRP in its sole judgment, including but not limited to any action taken under this Agreement or BOMRP's Intellectual Property Declaration

Article 3 User Content Except for materials that BOMRP allows you to incorporate into your own content (such as clip art), BOMRP does not claim ownership of the content you provide in the service. Your content remains your own and you are responsible for it. In addition, BOMRP will not control, verify, guarantee, or pay fees or assume any responsibility for the content provided by you or others in the service

If you share content in the public area of the service, or in a shared area that can also be used by others you choose, you agree that anyone who shares content with you can use, save, copy, distribute, display, and transmit this content for free, as long as they are involved in using these services and other products and services of BOMRP or its licensees. If you do not want others to enjoy your content in this way, please do not use services to share your content

Within the scope of your use of the service to upload any content, you declare that you have all rights or are authorized or otherwise permitted by law to upload such content, and that such content does not violate any terms of service applicable to the service

When you upload content to the service, you agree that Bu Mu Pu may use, modify, adapt, save, copy, distribute, and display such content to the extent necessary to protect you and provide, protect, and improve Bu Mu Pu products and services. For example, Bu Mu Pu may sometimes use automated methods to isolate information from emails, chats, or photos to help detect and prevent spam and malware, or improve services through new features that make them easier to use. When processing your content, BOMRP will take appropriate measures to protect your privacy

If your content violates this agreement or laws, BOMRP has the right to request that you remove these contents from the service. Failure to comply may result in you losing access to the service or Bu Mu Pu account, or the service or Bu Mu Pu account being cancelled. In addition, if BOMRP determines that your content has indeed violated this agreement or laws, or if BOMRP receives a complaint of intellectual property infringement from a third party, BOMRP may directly delete your content without consulting your opinion. BOMRP has the right to make independent judgments and take technical measures to delete, block, or disconnect links. At the same time, BOMRP has the right to take measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, restricting, freezing or terminating the use of BOMRP accounts, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior

Article 4 Intellectual Property The intellectual property rights of the content provided by BOMRP in this service (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, etc.) belong to BOMRP, and the intellectual property rights of the content generated by your use of this service belong to you or the relevant rights holders

You agree that the services (including but not limited to images, user interfaces, sound materials, video materials, editing content, and scripts and software used to install the services) contain proprietary information and materials owned by BOMRP and/or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and other laws. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way, except for the purpose of using the relevant services in accordance with this agreement. Except as expressly permitted by the terms of this agreement, no part of the services shall be reproduced in any form or by any means. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the relevant services in any way, and you shall not use the relevant services in any unauthorized way, including but not limited to encroaching on network capacity or overloading network capacity

All copyrights (including content compilations, posts, links to other internet resources, and descriptions of the aforementioned resources) and related software related to the services are owned by BOMRP and/or its licensors, and BOMRP and/or its licensors reserve all legal rights. Except for the use of related services permitted in this agreement, the use of software or any part of related services is strictly prohibited. Such use infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may result in civil and criminal penalties for copyright infringement, including the possibility of paying damages

Bu Mu Pu, Bu Mu Pu logo, and other Bu Mu Pu trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in relation to services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Bu Mu Pu in China and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, charts, and logos related to the use of services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. No rights or licenses have been granted to you regarding any of the aforementioned trademarks or any use of the aforementioned trademarks. All domain names of BOMRP are protected by law. You are not allowed to register a trademark or engage in any other infringement of BOMRP's domain name rights. Otherwise, BOMRP reserves the right to recover from you

Article 5 User Instructions When using this service, you must comply with laws and regulations and must not engage in illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to:

·Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, storing content that endangers national security and unity, disrupts social stability, violates public order and good customs, insults, defamation, obscenity, violence, and any content that violates national laws and regulations

·Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others such as intellectual property and trade secrets

·Malicious fabrication of facts, concealment of truth to mislead and deceive others

·Publish, transmit, and disseminate advertising and spam information

·Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations

If you violate the above agreement, relevant national authorities or institutions may file lawsuits, fines, or take other sanctions against you, and request assistance from BOMRP. If any damage is caused, you shall compensate in accordance with the law, and BOMRP shall not bear any responsibility

During the use of this service, you should comply with relevant local laws and regulations, and respect local ethics and customs. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations, moral customs, religious beliefs, etc., you should bear independent responsibility for this. You should avoid getting BOMRP involved in political and public events due to the use of this service. Otherwise, BOMRP has the right to suspend or terminate your service and reserves the right to seek compensation from you

You authorize Bu Mu Pu to transfer the relevant information and data of your Bu Mu Pu account to a third party for the purpose of providing services to you. The authorization interface will prompt specific authorization objects, authorization fields, and content, which will be transmitted to third parties through encrypted channels. BOMRP will require the third party to use your above-mentioned information legally and compliantly, and take certain security measures to ensure that your information will not be leaked arbitrarily. If you do not wish to provide the above information to third parties, please do not click to confirm authorization

You agree that the products/services provided by the third party shall be provided by the corresponding third party and shall be independently responsible for the above products/services and data security. Any disputes arising from the products or services provided by the third party or their use of your information, or any violations of relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory provisions by the third party services, or any losses suffered by you during the use of the third party services, please communicate and negotiate with the third party to resolve them on your own

You agree not to use any third-party software that may have any adverse effects on Bu Mu Pu's products or services without Bu Mu Pu's permission. If you use third-party software without authorization and cause losses to Bu Mu Pu, Bu Mu Pu reserves the right to recover from you. If you violate this agreement and cause any third-party damage, you shall bear independent responsibility; If BOMRP suffers losses as a result, you should also compensate accordingly

Under no circumstances should you trust loans, request passwords, or other network information related to property. If it involves property operations, please make sure to verify the identity of the other party first, and regularly pay attention to BOMRP's tips on preventing fraud crimes

You are responsible for backing up the data stored in this service on your own. If your service is terminated, BOMRP can permanently delete your data from the server without assuming any responsibility. After the termination of the service, BOMRP has no obligation to return the data to you

Article 6 Disclaimer You understand and agree that during the use of this service, there may be risk factors such as force majeure that may cause interruption of this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as war, unrest, government actions, etc. When the above situation occurs, BOMRP will strive to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner to repair it. However, BOMRP is exempt from liability for any losses caused to you within the scope permitted by law

You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, BOMRP may encounter risks caused by network information or other user behavior. BOMRP is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, legality of any information, nor is it responsible for any harassment, threat, defamation, offense, infringement or illegal information or dissemination that you may receive due to the use of the service. These risks include but are not limited to:

·Information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content from anonymous or impersonated individuals

·Any psychological or physiological harm and economic losses caused or likely to be caused by the use of services under this agreement, resulting from the misleading, deceptive, or other actions of others

·Other risks caused by network information or user behavior

You understand and agree that this service is not designed for specific purposes, including but not limited to important areas such as nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communication. If the above operation fails due to software or service reasons, resulting in personal injury, property damage, and environmental damage, BOMRP shall not bear legal responsibility

You understand and agree that some services of Bu Mu Pu products are independently developed and provided by third parties. Bu Mu Pu has identified such applications. Before you choose to use such services, please pay attention to the potential risks and comply with the corresponding usage rules formulated by third parties. If any losses are caused to you due to the use of third-party applications, BOMRP shall not be held legally responsible

BOMRP has the right to handle illegal and irregular content in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. This right does not constitute BOMRP's obligation or commitment, and BOMRP cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal behavior or corresponding handling

Under no circumstances shall BOMRP, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the relevant services

BOMRP and its affiliated companies, distributors, distributors, and suppliers do not provide any express or implied warranties, guarantees, or conditions related to your use of the services. You have understood that you should bear the risk of using the service yourself, and BOMRP will provide the service "as is". The service "may have various defects" and only "currently available functions" are provided. BOMRP does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information provided by the service. Within the scope permitted by your local law, BOMRP excludes any implied warranties regarding merchantability, quality satisfaction assurance, suitability for specific purposes, no process issues, and non infringement. According to your local laws, you may have certain rights. If applicable, no provision in this agreement is intended to affect these rights

You agree that BOMRP may send advertisements, promotions, or promotional information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you by itself or third-party advertisers during the provision of services, including but not limited to telephone marketing, WeChat marketing, etc. The methods and scope may be changed without special notice to you

BOMRP may provide you with the option to disable advertising information, but at no time may you block or filter advertising information in a way that is not explicitly agreed upon in this agreement or without BOMRP's written permission. If your actions result in BOMRP being pursued by the advertiser, BOMRP reserves the right to pursue compensation from you

BOMRP shall fulfill relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law. You shall judge the authenticity of the advertising information on your own and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless otherwise specified by law, BOMRP shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by you due to transactions conducted based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers

You agree that you should carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising information appearing in the BOMRP service. Unless otherwise specified by law, you shall be responsible for any transactions conducted based on the advertising information

You understand and agree that if the application you purchased requires relevant implementation services, the implementation contract shall be signed with the supplier or application developer of the BOMRP software you purchased. BOMRP Company shall not be responsible for the implementation and delivery of services, nor any related consequences arising from the implementation and delivery

Article 7 Service Changes, Interruptions, and Terminations Within the scope permitted by law, in the event of force majeure, BOMRP has the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate services without notice. After service changes, interruptions, or terminations, BOMRP will make every effort to restore services in a timely manner or send notifications through one or more means. However, due to your information or other unknown factors, it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive notification. If you encounter any malfunctions, please call BOMRP's online customer service or customer service hotline for feedback:

· If the performance of this service agreement is impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other unexpected events, the party suffering from force majeure or unexpected events shall not be liable. Force majeure and unexpected events refer to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, as well as social events such as war, unrest, government actions, telecommunications backbone line interruptions, hackers, network blockages, telecommunications sector technological adjustments, and government regulation

BOMRP offers free and/or paid products and/or services. If you choose products and/or services that require payment, BOMRP will charge you corresponding fees based on the products and/or services you choose independently. If you fail to pay in full and on time, BOMRP has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of services

Article 8: Complete Agreement This agreement includes both the Privacy Policy and the Intellectual Property Statement (link address: https://www.chanjet.com/account/ ）And when you use a specific service of BOMRP, there may be separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"). Once the above content is officially released, it shall be an integral part of this agreement and you shall also abide by it. Your acceptance of any of the aforementioned business rules or separate agreements shall be deemed as your complete acceptance of this agreement

Article 9 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; If negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then effective arbitration rules; The arbitration award is final and binding on all parties

The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement

The terms of this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms remain valid and binding on both parties.
